UPRtek Brings “Authority in Light Measurement” to 2026 SEMICON TAIWAN
High-Precision Optical Measurement for Semiconductor UV Processes and Advanced Manufacturing
UPRtek at 2026 SEMICON Taiwan
UPRtek, a global provider of optical measurement solutions, will showcase its latest optical measurement and inspection technologies at 2026 SEMICON TAIWAN, focusing on UV source measurement, advanced packaging, and high-precision optical inspection for semiconductor manufacturing.
Under its core positioning of “Authority in Light Measurement,” UPRtek will showcase two key solutions: the UV100N Spectral UV Meter and MA120C Imaging Colorimeter. These solutions address UV source monitoring in semiconductor processes and non-contact optical inspection for advanced manufacturing and packaging applications.
At this year’s exhibition, UPRtek products will be showcased at the booth of its semiconductor partner, KINGVAST TECHNOLOGY (京皓科技). Visitors are welcome to meet with the team and explore UPRtek’s latest optical measurement solutions.
Authority in Light Measurement: Precision for Every Optical Process
As advanced semiconductor manufacturing, HBM, and advanced packaging continue to evolve, the demand for accurate, fast, and reliable optical measurement is increasing.
With extensive expertise in spectroscopy and optical measurement, UPRtek provides solutions ranging from UV source characterization to 2D imaging optical inspection.
1. UV100N Spectral UV Meter
The UV100N Spectral UV Meter is a next-generation handheld UV spectrometer designed for semiconductor manufacturing, UV curing, medical sterilization, and UV light source characterization.
Unlike conventional filter-based UV meters, the UV100N combines a high-resolution diffraction grating with a CMOS linear sensor to measure the complete UVA, UVB, and UVC spectrum from 250–450 nm using a single probe, with approximately 1 nm spectral resolution.
With real-time spectral analysis, Micro SD data logging, and a compact portable design, the UV100N supports both rapid production-line inspection and laboratory-grade analysis. It enables engineers to characterize UV sources, monitor process conditions, and support equipment maintenance.
Key Applications:
- Semiconductor UV Process Monitoring
- Photolithography UV Source Measurement
- PECVD UV Source Monitoring
- UV Curing
- UV Light Source Characterization
2. MA120C Imaging Colorimeter
The MA120C Imaging Colorimeter Series is a next-generation 2D imaging color measurement system that combines high-resolution CMOS imaging, UPRtek’s precision optical measurement technology, and proprietary color calibration algorithms.
Unlike conventional AOI systems that primarily focus on visual defect inspection, the MA120C simultaneously performs color difference analysis and appearance inspection through a single imaging system, with measurement times as fast as 2 seconds.
The MA120C supports 12MP, 31MP, 65MP, and higher-resolution CMOS cameras, making it suitable for semiconductor, electronics, display, and new energy manufacturing.
Applications include substrate surface cleanliness inspection, surface reflectance analysis, precision coating color inspection, and EV battery AB adhesive mixing consistency verification.
By combining high-precision, non-contact optical measurement with imaging inspection, the MA120C helps manufacturers improve process quality, reduce defects, and accelerate smart manufacturing.
Cross-Domain Optical Innovation: From UV Process Monitoring to Advanced Packaging Inspection
UPRtek continues to expand its optical measurement expertise into semiconductor manufacturing and advanced packaging.
In semiconductor processes, UV wavelength, spectral distribution, intensity, and uniformity can directly affect process stability. The UV100N enables engineers to quickly characterize UV sources and supports UV measurement and monitoring for applications such as photolithography, PECVD, and UV curing.
As HBM and advanced packaging processes demand increasingly precise surface quality control, the MA120C combines high-resolution imaging with optical color measurement to provide non-contact inspection capabilities, helping manufacturers improve process consistency and yield.
With “Authority in Light Measurement” as its core positioning, UPRtek continues to deliver high-precision optical measurement solutions spanning spectroscopy, color measurement, and imaging inspection
UPRtek – Authority in Light Measurement
As semiconductor, AI, and advanced packaging technologies continue to evolve, UPRtek remains committed to advancing optical measurement technologies and applications.
From UV spectroscopy and color analysis to high-resolution imaging inspection, UPRtek provides manufacturers with accurate and actionable optical data to improve process control and manufacturing quality.
At 2026 SEMICON TAIWAN, UPRtek will demonstrate precise, efficient, and integration-ready optical measurement technologies designed to help manufacturers address the challenges of next-generation semiconductor manufacturing.
