The most brilliant imaging colorimeter ever that strengthen CMOS image sensor and high performance spectroradiometer for wide range of measuring for Display, backlighting module, light source and relative products in a rapid and highly precision for display measurements including luminance, correlated color temperature (CCT), CIE XYZ, Yxy, u’/v’ chromaticity, uniformity, and MURA. The system is particularly well suited for test and characterization of all kinds of display technology including LCD, OLED, miniLED, microLED, and microLED Chip on Wafer.

UPRtek’s MA Series Imaging Colorimeters ensures the color accuracy, easy execution and efficiency by means of reference high-performance spectrometer and our own algorithm, which can be used to calibrate the XYZ filter (located on the Color wheel) and the camera from the PC software directly.

The standard configuration can measure up to 500,000 cd/m2, which is suitable for high brightness measurement of backlight modules and headlight modules.
The 65MP specification supports up to 100 million cd/m2 for microLEDs and other ultra-high brightness measurements.

Imaging Colorimeter vs Spectroradiometer
A spectroradiometer provides precise spectral data and measures light at a single point, ensuring high accuracy in radiometric, photometric, and colorimetric values. It is common practice to use a spectroradiometer as a standard or master for the calibration of other optical measurement instruments, including imaging colorimeters.
An imaging colorimeter, such as the UPRtek Imaging Colorimeter, captures spatial color and luminance data across an image. It measures multiple points simultaneously, making it suitable for assessing uniformity, defects, and color consistency in displays or large lighting systems. An imaging colorimeter performs better in terms of measuring efficiency and measuring speed.
