How is rental duration calculated?
It starts from the day after shipment.
Ex: Jan. 1st send out by UPRtek, the starting date will be Jan. 2nd.
If I don’t use the device, can rental be refunded?
No, rental is calculated based on rental period.
What if the device is defective upon arrival?
Record an unboxing video and contact us within 24 hours.
When will the deposit be refunded?
7–14 business days after inspection.
※ Reminder: Banks may charge processing fees, and the actual amount may differ slightly (this difference is charged by bank and not deducted by UPRtek).
Can I extend the rental period?
Yes, request required before expiration.

What is the definition of damage charge?

Normal wear (not chargeable):
- Minor scratches, normal wear, non-functional aging
Chargeable damage:
- Impact, moisture, improper use, missing parts, disassembly
