How to track your ticket status of the product service?
Track the Product Service Status
After submitting your calibration and repair service form, UPRtek will send you a ticket number via email.
You can find this ticket number in the email subject line or within the email itself.
You may use this ticket number to communicate with us via email, or you can also use our tracking system to check on your ticket status at any time. Please note that registration is required to access the system.
