How does the Product Calibration and Repair Service work at UPRtek?
Product Calibration and Repair Service Process
Whether your UPRtek product is within warranty or not, you can use UPRtek’s after-sales service for calibration or repairs. Please refer to the RMA process below, or consult our warranty policy for additional details.
Step 1
Fill out and submit the Service Request Form .
Step 2
Wait for UPRtek to review the Warranty status.
Step 3
UPRtek will send a quote if any charges apply.
Step 4
Approve the quote and make payment if necessary.
Step 5
Send your product to UPRtek.

Step 6
UPRtek perform the service.
Step 7
UPRtek returns your product.
